Welcome to The Dark Side

OK, So I went and saw Star Trek in the Imax a few days ago, and I have to say I was impressed. They really did a good job On this one and I can only hope that this is the start of a good movie year, after some pretty god awful ones last year.

I can’t say too much about the movie as it has some pretty HUGE plot points in it that change everything, and anyone that hasn’t seen the movie yet will kill me for leaking out, but suffice it to say this is not your parent’s Star Trek.

Unfortunately some of the more “Die-Hard” fans of Star Trek hated the movie, there was even news coverage about on a national news channel.

I personally can’t wait until the DVD is released, so I can add it to my collection.
